Floors you notice for the right reasons
Flooring sets the tone of a room and takes more wear than any other surface. In Dubai’s climate it also needs to handle air-conditioning, humidity and sand, which is why material choice and installation matter as much as the look.
“The wooden floors they installed are stunning and of excellent quality.” (Prakash Rao). “I ordered flooring materials from Soft Touch Interior and was impressed by the quality. Installation was flawless and delivery was fast.” (Lina)

Engineered wood vs hardwood vs SPC: which floor suits you?
Engineered wood has a real wood surface on a stable multi-layer core, so it moves less with temperature and humidity than solid wood, a popular choice for Dubai villas and apartments. Hardwood gives the most natural character and can be refinished. SPC (stone plastic composite) is a rigid, waterproof luxury vinyl that is quiet, easy to clean and very hard-wearing, ideal for rentals, kitchens and offices.
- Engineered wood: real wood look, stable in AC environments
- Hardwood: natural character, long life
- SPC: waterproof, durable, low maintenance
- Parquet: patterns such as herringbone and chevron
Our process: from first conversation to handover

Open conversation
We start by understanding the space, the people who live or work in it and their specific needs and preferences. Your first consultation is free.
- Step 2
Program of requirements
Together we define a clear brief (scope, priorities, budget and timeline) instead of dictating a solution.
- Step 3
Design & materials
We develop a spatial concept that reflects your identity and select flooring, furniture, curtains and finishes to match.
- Step 4
Production & execution
In-house production of premium materials gives us quality, speed and complete control from concept to completion.
- Step 5
Handover & after-sales
We hand over on schedule and stay available afterwards with after-sales support.
