What to prepare before a fit-out in Dubai
Most fit-outs in Dubai need a landlord or building-management NOC and approval from the relevant authority before work starts on site: typically Dubai Municipality and Dubai Civil Defence, or the free-zone authority if your space is in a free zone such as DMCC, DIFC or Dubai Development Authority areas. Requirements depend on the building and the scope, so we review them with you at the start of the project.
